Aurum Green was a new build development of 130 houses and flats on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Millgrove Construction provided Construction Management Services on this project. This involved establishing the site welfare/management structures to coordinate the various work package contractors and providing the site management expertise to monitor the progress and quality of the works from commencement through to completion and handover to the purchasers of the individual units. Millgrove worked closely with Lawrence Foote & Partners, our sister consultancy company who provided the Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services direct to the Employer. This is an example where Millgrove and Lawrence Foote & Partners worked closely together to provide a complete construction project management service, combining the consultancy expertise from Lawrence Foote with the construction and on site management expertise that Millgrove can provide.
